BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT (BA)
The general objectives of the programme
The objective is to train such economists who, while possessing economic, social, applied economic and methodological as well as professional knowledge are able to plan and analyse the processes of the economic organisations and institutions together with directing and organising managerial and entrepreneurial activities and processes. They are the ones who possess enough knowledge to carry on with their studies in the second cycle of higher education and go on an MA course.

TOURISM AND CATERING (BA)
The general objectives of the programme
The objective is to train such professionals who are acquainted with the areas of tourism at a high level besides their general economic knowledge and are able to speak at least two foreign languages. In addition, they possess enough knowledge to carry on with their studies in the second cycle of higher education and go on an MA course.

BACHELOR PROGRAMMES (BsC)
Agricultural Engineering BSc
The aim of this seven-semester course is to provide future agricultural professionals with general expertise in the fields of agricultural production, processing and business management. Upon graduation, successful students will have the skills to pursue farming on their own, to produce and market competitive agricultural products, to establish and run a business and to analyse the commercial and economic procedures relevant to agriculture.

- Aro-Environmental Management
Particular emphasis is placed on hands-on expertise and teh development of relevant skills. Sessions in laboratories, specially equipped classrooms and field practice comprise over 60% of the study time. Fields of study most relevant to the qualification: (1) Study of the soil, tillage and land use, (2) Crop production, (3) Horticulture, (4) Animal husbandry and fodder, (5) Business management.
Agricultural Engineering in Environmetal Management BSc
The main objective of training agricultural engineers in environmental management is to be able to fulfill the environment protection requirements and aims. The graduates of this programme will be able to develop and direct the agricultural activities both in an environment-friendly way and on a professional basis. The growing demand of the labour market and the society also motivate the introduction of the planned programme. The acquired knowledge include the studies necessary for the agricultural-environmental management programmes, putting a great emphasis on the good practice in agriculture, and the environmental impacts of agricultural activities.
The graduates of agricultural engineering in environmental management can be employed in professional authorities and organisations, agricultural, water management and waste management enterprises of different nature (state, cooperative or private), factories employing environmental professionals, and non-governmental organisations.

The general objectives of the programme
The objective of the program is to train such specialists that are able to analyze the activities of economic organizations and to solve their complex development tasks with the help of the up-to-date theoretical and practical knowledge they acquired during their studies. Meanwhile, possessing high level theoretical and practical business development knowledge, master level business knowledge and consciously developed managerial skills, students graduating from this master programme are capable of performing the tasks of medium and high level managers at domestic and international actors of economy. The knowledge they acquire also makes them capable of continuing their studies at PhD level.

MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP (MA)
The general objectives of the programme
The objective of the Management and Leadership MSc Programme is to train specialists primarily for private businesses and public organisations who possess the necessary integrated professional skills in the field of management as well as the relevant skills of their chosen specialisation. With the knowledge and skills acquired, they will be able to analyse, plan and manage the operating processes of organisations both in the private and the public sectors with problem-recognition and –solving skills in a creative way of thinking. The knowledge gained during their masters studies will enable them to continue their studies within the framework of a PhD Programme.

The general objectives of the programme
The main goal of the Tourism Management MA programme is to train economists who possess all the necessary knowledge in economics, social sciences, management and methodology as well as their chosen specialisation. They are capable of fulfilling planning, managerial and coordinating tasks individually in the field of tourism, on local, regional, national and international levels, in private tourism businesses, multinational companies, national and local tourism administration and planning, and in the non-profit sector alike. In addition to this, They possess all the theoretical and research methodology knowledge necessary for continuing their studies in the frameworks of a PhD Programme.
